2. Electro-hydraulic sand cleaning

But the equipment costs a lot.
Complex, thin - walled precision casting pieces are easy to deform in sand cleaning.
It is mainly used for cleaning of ordinary sand cast steel parts. Less use in investment casting.
3. High pressure water sand cleaning
The high pressure water of 20~ 136MPa was injected into the surface shell and core of the casting with the nozzle for sand cleaning.
High production efficiency, no dust, good working conditions.
Foreign precision casting parts are widely used.
